Welcome to Sophons Hideaway, Ranong. If you are looking for a great meal in pleasant, natural surroundings then this is the place for you. Sophon's is situated in the main street of Ranong (Ruangrat Road). We are about 200 metres past Kay Kai Internet and the Cinema. Sophon's is within walking distance of Guest Houses, Banks, Supermarkets, Nightlife etc. This part of the main street is a 'one-stop' shop for all your needs.

At Sophon's we invite you to enjoy a dining experience that will be an unforgettable part of your visit to Ranong. Our food is prepared and cooked by Khun Bpoo, whom is a Ranong resident. Khun Bpoo has many years of cooking experience in hotels in this Region. He specialises in Thai food but his european food is equally as delicious. Please explore the Menu section on this website where you will find such delicassies as Cordon Bleu, Baked Snapper in Italian Sauce and the famous thai dish 'Tom Yum Goong' (hot and spicy thai soup with prawns)

We have a comfortable 'rattan' lounge setting where you can kick back and relax in our bush surrounding. Grab a magazine or novel from the book shelf and let all your travel woes float away. Several televisions are available for your viewing. We show regular sports events or, depending on demand, take your pick what you view.
